Amada HRB1003 Press Brake

The HRB1003 is an 110-ton, servo/hydraulic press brake with a 122” bed. This new
design allows Amada to improve upon the industry standard in precision brake forming.
Faster ram speeds and smoother speed transitions provide increased productivity
measured in quality parts per hour. Staging anywhere between side frames with high
part repeatability as well as higher off-center loading capabilities allows more complex
parts to be run on this brake.

Amada HG 2204-ATC Press Brake

AMADA’s HG servo/hydraulic press brake with Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) provide the optimal bending solution for high-mix, low-volume production. The HG ATC Series is an advanced system that achieves precise and economical bending results even in lot sizes of less than ten.

Automatic Tool Changer -The ATC performs tool changes quickly and precisely — eliminating costly delays associated with manual tool changes. As a result, you can triple or quadruple your number of bending setups per day. The ATC is equipped with 18 magazines for dies and 15 for punches — providing the flexibility to accommodate rush jobs seamlessly. Now, complex tool layouts can be precisely loaded in three minutes or less

Bi-S (Bend Indicator Sensor) – A bend sensor that guarantees consistent bend angle accuracy by automatically detecting and compensating for material springback. The Bi-S also eliminates the need for test bends and reduces setup.

Sheet Followers – The HG 2204 ATC is equipped with a factory installed sheet follower to assist an operator while bending large and/or heavy parts. Parts that normally require multiple operators can now be efficiently handled by a single person, thereby reducing labor cost and reducing the hazards associated with bending these types of parts.

FABRICATING

Depending upon the welding application, ACMF, has the type of welding needed for your project. Our welding specialties include: MIG, which uses a process of continuous feeding wire; TIG the process of using long welding rods, STUD, a process by which a metal stud is joined to a metal workpiece by heating both parts with an arc, and finally, SPOT Welding; primarily used for overlapping sheets of metal, and joining parts. These different welding applications allow ACMF to work with a variety of raw materials such as steel, aluminum and galvanized steel, to meet the needs of our clients. Our knowledgeable and experienced welders provide dependable, strong welds consistently.

To ensure there is no cross-contamination of mild steel to our stainless projects, we are expanding our Fabrication area to include a stainless steel clean room!  This area will host 14 work benches and allow our fabricators to work on small to medium weldments in a controlled environment.
